On the day of the competition, the venue was filled with intensity and energy. Competitors arrived early to familiarize themselves with the workspace and tools, fully prepared for the challenge. At the judge’s signal, the contest officially began.Participants quickly focused on precision grinding the square workpieces with skilled, steady movements and confident professionalism. Boron carbide powder was evenly applied between the grinding plate and the square blank, gradually transforming rough surfaces into smooth, flat finishes.
Operators paused periodically to take careful measurements with precision instruments, ensuring dimensional accuracy met strict standards. The workshop was filled only with the sound of rotating grinding plates and measuring tools, as everyone concentrated fully on the technical challenge.
To ensure fairness and impartiality, the company formed a judging panel composed of highly experienced professionals. Judges evaluated entries comprehensively in accordance with the
BX Optical Processing Specification, scoring based on
dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and processing efficiency.
They closely observed every operation, carefully inspected finished square components, and examined every detail with rigor. Upholding objectivity and fairness, the panel provided impartial assessments for all participants.
After intense competition, three outstanding contestants emerged as winners.
