On May 11, 2023, the instrument procurement signing ceremony between Changchun Boxin Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Intephotonics Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was solemnly held in the conference room of Boxin Optoelectronics.

In this procurement, Boxin acquired a
600 mm horizontal laser interferometer, which enables fast, high-resolution measurement and data analysis of optical components.
The system is installed on a high-stability optical table under environment conditions meeting the national standard
JJG28‑2000, free from air turbulence.
The instrument features
PZT / wavelength-modulated phase shifting and a
frequency-stabilized He-Ne laser source (λ = 632.8 nm) with a wavelength-modulated dual-laser configuration.
Its clear aperture is no less than
Φ100 mm at the small port and no less than
Φ600 mm at the large port.

It is equipped with an imported industrial camera of no less than 2K × 2K resolution, with an alignment field of ±2° and a continuous zoom magnification of interference patterns of at least 6×.
The integrated software supports comprehensive measurement functions and real-time data visualization, including:
Wavefront analysis: PV, RMS, POWER, 2D contour maps, 3D surface maps, and fringe patterns
Uniformity testing
Corner-cube testing
Angle metering: wavefront tilt, parallelism, right-angle error, roof-prism angle error
Single-shot measurement of front and rear surface data of parallel flats
The software also enables automatic or manual adjustment to remove errors including tilt, defocus, spherical aberration, and astigmatism.
