As an off-campus practice base for Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST), Changchun Boxin Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. welcomed undergraduate students from CUST for an on-site study tour and internship in the bright spring days of March.

To ensure a productive and meaningful internship experience, the General Administration Department of Boxin Optoelectronics developed a detailed internship program. During the internship, students participated in a structured arrangement including technical lectures by Boxin’s senior engineers, factory tour, equipment introduction, and on-site practical training in production workshops.

Technical Lectures at Boxin Optoelectronics

The General Administration Department invited a number of professional trainers including Zheng Binshan, Li Jinyan, Gong Xiangyu, Zhang Liang, Lü Liang, Yu Yang and Wang Huijuan to deliver lectures covering company overview, technological development in the optical industry, optical coating, optical lenses, quality inspection and management, as well as optical cold processing.

Factory Tour & Practical Learning

After completing the theoretical sessions, the General Administration Department organized the students to tour various functional areas of the company, with brief introductions to key production equipment and products.

Students highly praised the internship and commented that the visit was extremely rewarding. Boxin Optoelectronics provided an excellent platform for study and practice, helping students better understand corporate culture, enhance professional ethics, improve employability, broaden academic horizons, and comprehensively develop their capabilities, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
