Recently, our company was honored to host the German Satisloh Polishing Technology Exchange. Technical experts from Satisloh Germany, faculty and student representatives majoring in optical engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology, and technical backbones of Bosin gathered together for in-depth technical discussions and experience sharing, exploring cutting-edge trends and innovative paths in precision optical manufacturing. This exchange successfully built a high-end platform for seamless industry-university-research collaboration, promoting in-depth integration and resonance between advanced optical theories and cutting-edge engineering practices.

As a core cornerstone of modern high-tech industries, precision optics has been widely applied in many key fields including semiconductors, imaging, industrial optics, machine vision, medical diagnostics, life sciences, precision measurement, laser technology, information technology and cutting-edge scientific research, directly supporting technological upgrading and high-quality development of related industries.

During the exchange, technical representatives from Satisloh Germany delivered systematic and detailed presentations on microlens processing, optical automated production line construction, application of 5-axis linkage machining centers, core software and algorithm optimization, processing mechanism and precision control, as well as plasma processing as an emerging ultra-precision manufacturing technology. With practical cases, accurate data and intuitive technical demonstrations, all participants gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of state-of-the-art optical processing technologies.


In the open Q&A and interactive session, participants from the three sides held in-depth discussions and lively exchanges on theoretical bottlenecks and engineering challenges encountered in study and work. Satisloh experts provided precise solutions based on profound professional knowledge, university teachers and students shared cutting-edge academic insights, and our technical staff supplemented with frontline practical experience, achieving a perfect integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills and inspiring more innovative ideas.
